Hi, my name is Thi (tea) Nguyen and I am a wedding and portrait photographer in the Dallas & Fort Worth areas. I have been a student photography for many years. About four years ago, I decided to try wedding photography. I got completely hooked after the first wedding.
Wedding photography has been a great enjoyment and a tremendous creative outlet of my life. There is no work more enjoyable than doing the work that you love. I was asked once to describe myself as a photographer in three short sentences. This question forced me to re-evaluate myself. Am I doing what I want to do as a photographer? Here are what I would say.
- I am a father, a husband, and a decent man who love to do wedding photography.
- I am a good learner, always striving to learn new things every day to get better.
- I am an honest man, I do what I say and say what I do, no fluff no sugar coating.
I love learning new things and improving my photography every day. We live in an amazing time where endless sources information are everywhere around us, websites, forums, blogs, text messaging, etc. Learning new things is a big part of my work enjoyment. When ever I stop learning new things, it would be time for me to stop.
I truly believe that we can not hide the truth. As an example for my children, I always try my best to live a truthful life, say what I do and do what I say. I hold myself at a high ethical standard and integrity. That is how I treat my family, my friends, and everyone else, including you.
